This walk is perfect for anyone wanting a leisurely walk along the beach that’s not difficult and features beautiful views.
Your trail begins on the West Shore Parade as you make your way down to the beach and sand dunes. As the route doubles back on itself, the choice is yours whether you head towards the Great Orme or south towards Deganwy first.
Enjoy fantastic views (on a sunny day) of the Irish Sea and the Great Orme Headland. Take the time to dip your toes in the water and breathe in the fresh sea air as you meander along.
There’s plenty of scenery as you make your way along including the cliffs and beach houses. Many previous walkers do recommend a visit to the café in the car park near the start/end too (opening times permitting).
This trail is perfect for everyone, children and dogs included. Dogs should remain on their leads though. Many also recommend walking on the beach and not the sand dunes.
